For Healthy Evolution, Transformation & Growth of Humans, Brands, Organisations and (Eco-) Systems 


In winter 2011 / 2012 Sabine Schneider founded the registered brand Sheiza's® with a logo in the colours red and turquoise. In addition to her work as a counsellor, she initially focused on in-depth research into the factors of soul and mind. 


She analysed, compared, defined, structured and tested various sciences, philosophies, religions and teachings from Western, Eastern, indigenous and ancient (high) cultures, as well as various developmental models. In the process, she continually simplified highly complex relationships and improved them through her new insights and experiences. 


At the beginning of 2020 she started a comprehensive research project. She focused on the relationships and connections in human systems. Based on this, she developed the 'Wholistic Human System©'.  In addition, she explored the differences and connections between humans, animals, nature and the planet. The new knowledge has an impact on social, economic and ecological issues. 


Based on her fundamental research and development, she was able to develop a sustainable leadership system resp. a sustainable evolution, transformation and growth model for humans, brands, organisations and (eco)systems by the end of 2022. She calls it: 'A Wholistic World©'.


The system goes far beyond existing systemic, integral and other theoretical models and has proven itself in practice. This is also due to the fact that Sabine Schneider has tested, developed and continuously improved a large number of change methods for the efficient, structured and sustainable development of humans, brands and organisations in her work as a business and marketing consultant and as a crisis and change manager. 


The simplicity and neutrality of her systems enables them to be applied at individual, collective, regional and global levels. 


In 'How Wholeness Saves a World' Sabine Schneider presents some of her interdisciplinary findings and multicultural experiences in a broad overview and as simple as possible, describing the key role of the factors heart, economy and also what consciousness is and how it can be developed successively and sustainably in a healthy and solid way. 


In this context, she also describes how her 'Wholistic Knowledge Economy©' works and why a wholistic knowledge economy ensures sustainable competitiveness and future viability.


The complex whole results in a coherent meta-solution. In theory and in practice. This is what the global brand stands for today and forms the strong foundation of the Institute.
